No, you can check out as a guest, without creating an account. If you do create an account, you can view previous orders, add items to your wish list and save your details of future orders.

You can use the menus, search bar, product tags and categories to find items. Choose the size and colour you would like and add to your basket. When you are ready, click on the basket icon to checkout.

We only accept card payments.

If you're not 100% happy with your order you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or refund, providing it has not been used, washed or worn (other than for sizing) and is in its original packaging. Sale items can be returned for a credit or exchange, providing we have the same or similar item in stock. Returned items must not smell of perfume, have makeup marks, etc. We have the right to refuse to accept or refund items which are not in a saleable condition.

Faulty items can be exchanged up to 14 days after the purchase date. Wild Legs has the right to determine if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty, we will refund your postage cost or give you a store credit. You must include a receipt of your postage costs with your return, so that we can refund or credit you the correct amount. 

Refunds & exchanges will be processed within 7 days of the item being received by us. If we are unable to exchange an item, you will be offered a refund or store credit, instead.

Please contact us before returning an item, for a returns authorisation. 

If the item is faulty, we will cover the postage cost. You must provide a receipt for your postage costs in order to have your costs refunded or credited. Refunds or credits will be issued within 7 days, once the item has been received by us.

Refunds can only be returned to the original funding source.

Most items will be dispatched within two working days. Some items may only be available on a pre-order basis, in which case delivery will take longer, but an estimated delivery date will be on the pre-order page.

Items under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail. Items over 2kg will be sent by courier. Delivery takes 2-5 working days.
