What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

When you complete a contact form, we collect your First & Last name, email address and message. This data is only stored for as long as required to answer your query, then deleted.

Mailing lists

If you subscribe to one of our mailing lists, we will store your email address. If you sign up to our newsletter when you create an account, we may also store your billing & shipping addresses and phone number. You can unsubscribe from these mailing lists at any time by using the unsubscribe link found in each email.

Your contact information

We only store contact date if you have registered an account, placed an order or contacted us using the contact form. If you wish to have this date removed, it may mean that you no longer have access to your account or order history and we will no longer be able to contact you.

What third parties we receive data from

We receive information from third-parties for payments, which includes Stripe & Paypal.

Payment information

We do not store your card payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe or PayPal.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We do not use your date for any profiling purposes.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
