Returns
If you’re not 100% happy with your order you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or refund, providing it has not been used, washed or worn (other than for sizing) and is in its original packaging.
Sale items can be returned for a credit or exchange, providing we have the same or similar item in stock. Returned items must not smell of perfume, have makeup marks, etc.
We have the right to refuse to accept or refund items which are not in a saleable condition.
Faulty items can be exchanged up to 14 days after the purchase date. Wild Legs has the right to determine if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty, we will refund your postage cost or give you a store credit. You must include a receipt of your postage costs with your return, so that we can refund or credit you the correct amount.
Refunds & exchanges will be processed within seven days of the item being received by us. If we are unable to exchange an item, you will be offered a refund or store credit, instead.
How to make a return
Please contact us before returning an item, for a returns authorisation. We will then give you the address to send your return
If the item is faulty, we will cover the postage cost. You must provide a receipt for your postage costs in order to have your costs refunded or credited. Refunds or credits will be issued within 7 days, once the item has been received by us.
Refunds can only be returned to the original funding source.
