Most items will be dispatched within two working days. Some items may only be available on a pre-order basis, in which case delivery will take longer, but an estimated delivery date will be on the pre-order page.

We currently only offer shipping to the UK by default, with the exception of Northern Ireland. If you are outside of the UK and interested in purchasing from us, please get in contact for a shipping quote. Please be aware that you will be liable for any customs or import duties and local sales taxes, applicable to your location.

We are sadly no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland, or any country within the EU, due to the new GPSR regulations, which are now in effect

We ship to the majority of addresses in the UK. Standard delivery is 2-4 days after processing. Express delivery is 1-2 days after processing. For certain postcodes, such as Scottish Highlands & islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and The Channel Islands, only standard delivery is available. 

Delivery starts at £2.99 for delivery to a collection point, and £3.50 to your shipping address.

Shipping is by Evri, or Royal Mail. Tracking numbers will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can also choose local pickup from South Bristol, as well as delivery to an Evri collection point.

If you require a faster delivery, your order must be received before 1pm (weekdays), and you need to choose Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please not that next-day delivery is not guaranteed. 

Please note that our couriers are unable to accept delivery instructions from us, with your order.

On the day of your delivery, the courier will email or text you (so long as you provide a phone number), with delivery updates and you will have the opportunity to provide any additional instructions direct to the courier.

In the event that your order is missing or delayed, you must let us know as soon as possible and we will follow-up with the shipping agent for you.
