Returns policy
If you’re not 100% happy with your order you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, for an exchange or refund, providing it has not been used, washed or worn (other than for sizing) and is in its original packaging. Returned items must not smell of perfume, have makeup marks, etc.
Sale items can be returned for a credit or exchange, providing we have the same or similar item in stock.
We have the right to refuse to accept or refund items which are not in a saleable condition.
Faulty items can be exchanged up to 30 days after the purchase date. Wild Legs has the right to determine if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty, we will provide you with a shipping label, or cover your postage costs. If we are unable to provide a label, you must provide a receipt for your shipping cost. Failure to do so will forfeit your shipping cost refund.
Refunds & exchanges will be processed within seven days of the item being received by us. If we are unable to exchange an item, you will be offered a refund or store credit, instead.
How to make a return
Please go to your account page to see your orders and then request your return.
If you do not have an account, then please download the returns form, print it our and send it back with your items.
If the item is faulty, or we made a mistake on your order, we will send you a shipping label for returning the item(s) to us.
If you have changed your mind, or would like to exchange for a different size or style, then you will need pay for the return shipping and we will send the details of how to return your item(s) to you, by email.
Refunds or credits will be issued within 7 days, once the item has been received by us.
Refunds can only be returned to the original funding source.
