What Payment methods do you accept?
You are able to pay with a debit or credit card, or, if you have a Shop Pay account, you can use Shop Pay. We hope to introduce further payment options in the future.
What do I do if my order is incorrect?
If your order is incorrect in anyway, please contact us straight away so we can put this right for you.
When do items re-stock?
We receive new stock approx. every 8-10 weeks. If you are waiting for an item and would like an update, please do not hesitate to contact us, though the contact page.
Pre-order information
Some of our items — such as styles with pockets, 3" shorts, or ¾ length capri leggings — are available on a pre-order basis. This means they’re not held in stock and will be made especially for you. Pre-orders typically take around 2–8 weeks to arrive, depending on where we are in our factory ordering cycle. We regularly place orders, but the timing of your pre-order within that cycle will affect how long your item takes to reach you. If you’d like a more accurate estimate, please get in touch, and we’ll be happy to give you an idea of when to expect your delivery. Thank you for your patience — it’s always worth the wait.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for one year after the purchase date.
Clothing
How do I wash and care for my Wild Legs?
To preserve the life of your Wild Legs, wash inside out at 30° or a cold gentle wash.
To avoid having to re-thread the drawstring, use the stopper provided when washing.
Do not wash with any items that have Velcro, as this will damage the fabric.
To get rid of germs and smells caused by sweat, we recommend you use a sports wash.
Do not use fabric conditioner.
Do not tumble dry. Dry inside-out on the line as the sun may cause fading.
Remove the padding in the bras when drying.
Do not use biological, (enzymatic) washing liquid, powders or laundry products which contain oxygen-based agents or bleach as these can damage the print on some items.
Are the drawstrings removable?
Yes!
The Drawstring can easily be removed from the item if your preference is no drawstring.
If you have forgotten to secure the toggle and find your drawstring has come out during a wash cycle, Simple use a safety pin to easily re-thread.
Are the bra pads removable?
Yes, there is a small opening on the inside of the bra where the pads can be removed.
Will my underwear show through?
Not if you buy the correct size. If you can see through the material, it is likely you have bought a size too small.
Is there a pocket in Wild Legs leggings?
Yes, Wild Legs leggings feature an inside pocket located in the rear waistband, designed to hold essentials like a mobile phone or keys. The pocket is zipper-free, ensuring maximum comfort even when lying down, so you won’t experience any discomfort from added hardware.
Will Wild Legs leggings stay in place?
Yes, as long as you select the correct size. If you notice any sagging, it’s likely a smaller size would offer a better fit. Wild Legs leggings are also designed with a drawstring waistband, providing extra security to ensure they stay comfortably in place during any activity.
Is the Wild Legs crop bra suitable for high-impact activities?
Our crop bras have been thoroughly tested in various high-impact scenarios, and most women find them supportive enough for activities like running. However, please note that the straps and back are non-adjustable, so while they work well for many, they may not provide the ideal fit for all body shapes.
What can I wear Wild Legs for?

Sizing
How should I choose the right size for Wild Legs leggings?
To select the best size for Wild Legs leggings, use your usual UK dress size for bottoms as a reference. Our leggings are designed for a comfortable fit, providing freedom of movement. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size. Should your selection not meet your expectations, we offer a refund or exchange.
What if I need a slimmer leg fit?
At Wild Legs, we recognise that everyone’s body is unique. If our standard sizing fits well around the hips and waist but feels loose at the knees or ankles, we offer a ‘Slim Leg’ option available by pre-order. This fit is designed to reduce excess fabric for a sleeker look. Delivery for Slim Leg pre-orders may take up to 8 weeks. How should I choose the right size for a Wild Legs crop bra?
Our crop bras are available in standard sizes (small, medium, large, etc.) rather than specific cup and band measurements. While this sizing works for many, we acknowledge it may not suit all body types, especially those with a significant difference between cup and band sizes. We are actively working on expanding our range to be more inclusive.
To select the best size, use your UK dress size as a general guide. For instance, if you typically wear a 34D, a size Medium should fit comfortably. However, if your usual size is 34F, the cup coverage may not be sufficient. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for further guidance.
Delivery & returns
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to any mainland location within the UK, with the exception of Northern Ireland. We also ship to the Isle of Man, Guernsey & Jersey. We are unable to ship to other channel islands at this time.
Unfortunately, do the new GPSR rules which have now come into force, we are no longer able to ship to any countries within the EU or Northern Ireland.

What are the shipping options & timings?
We aim to ship in-stock items within 2 working days of receiving the order.
If there are any delays, we will contact you.
Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days. Express shipping is 1-2 business days (after order processing), where available. Please see the shipping & returns page for more information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Please be aware that delivery times are not guaranteed and that in some cases there may be unexpected delays, however, in those cases you will normally be notified by the delivery company.

Can I provide specific delivery instructions, such as a safe place or leave with neighbour?
Unfortunately, there is no facility for us to pass this information to our delivery partners. However, you will normally be notified by the delivery company, as to when your parcel is being delivered, and in most cases, you will be able to provide additional instructions at this point.
